Player Reviews, Ratings and Complaints

Players can report experiences that are not apparent from a casino's published terms. Our separate Player Reviews section contains their reviews, ratings and complaints. The GambleBallers User Rating, where shown, is based on published player reviews rather than our editorial assessment.

Submissions are moderated. A published complaint records a player's account; it does not establish that an operator has done anything wrong. Where an authorised operator representative responds, we identify that response separately.
