These Terms & Conditions govern use of GambleBallers.com and any GambleBallers feature used to publish or display user reviews, complaints, evidence or operator responses. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. What GambleBallers is

GambleBallers is an information, research and user-reputation website. We are not a gambling operator, payment provider, regulator, court, law firm or alternative dispute resolution provider. Nothing on the site guarantees gambling outcomes or makes gambling suitable for a particular person.

2. Age and lawful use

The site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. You are responsible for complying with the law that applies to you and with the terms of any third-party service you choose to use.

3. Factual casino information

We check material facts before publishing a casino brand on GambleBallers, but licences, ownership, domains, promotions, payment methods and other conditions can change. Important information should be checked again with the relevant operator, regulator or official source before you act on it.

4. Ratings and rankings

GambleBallers may publish its own editorial casino ratings and ranked comparisons. These reflect our editorial judgement, informed by the information available to us and relevant player feedback. 5. User reviews and complaints

User reviews and complaints are user-generated content and describe the submitter's experience or allegation. Publication does not mean that GambleBallers has legally determined that every statement is true. Submissions may be moderated, rejected, redacted or returned for clarification under our User Review & Complaints Policy.

6. Evidence and sensitive information

Where evidence can be submitted, it is private by default unless a separate publication decision is made. Do not submit passwords, complete payment-card numbers, unnecessary identity documents, full banking credentials or unrelated personal information.

7. Operator responses

Where operator-response functionality is available, a verified representative may respond to a review or complaint. An operator response is the operator's statement. It does not overwrite a user's submission, change a user rating or automatically determine the outcome of a complaint.

8. Sponsored and affiliate placement

Some links or placements may be commercial. Sponsored placement can affect visibility or ordering where it is clearly identified. It does not change the factual checks applied to a brand, user-rating data or moderation decisions, or automatically increase our editorial rating.

9. Prohibited use

• spam, automated submissions or coordinated rating manipulation;
• impersonation or false claims of representation;
• threats, harassment, unlawful material or malware;
• publishing another person's private or sensitive information without a lawful reason;
• copying third-party material in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights;
• attempting to interfere with site security or normal operation.

10. Third-party services and links

GambleBallers may link to casinos, regulators, review platforms and other third parties. Their services, content, availability and terms are outside our control. Some outbound links may be affiliate links as explained in the Affiliate Disclosure.

11. Limitation

We work to keep information useful and current, but we cannot guarantee that every third-party fact remains unchanged after publication. To the extent permitted by law, GambleBallers is not responsible for gambling losses, third-party service failures or decisions made solely on the basis of site content.

12. Changes

We may update these terms when the site, its features or applicable requirements change. The current update date is shown at the top of this page.
