KYC and AML Policy
Identity, payment ownership, source-of-funds and anti-money-laundering checks that may apply to an account.
1. Why checks are completed
Checks help confirm age, identity, address, payment ownership, permitted location and the legitimacy of funds. They also support fraud prevention and legal compliance.
2. Information requested
- Government-issued photo identification
- Recent proof of address
- Evidence that a payment method belongs to the account holder
- Bank statements or transaction records
- Source-of-funds or source-of-wealth information where appropriate
3. Timing
Verification can take place during registration, before a withdrawal, after account details change, when activity reaches a review threshold or when risk indicators appear.
4. Restrictions during review
Deposits, gameplay, bonuses or withdrawals may be limited while documents are being checked. Processing resumes when the review is completed and any concerns are resolved.
5. Customer responsibilities
Documents must be genuine, current, readable and related to the account holder. Altered files, third-party payment methods or false information may result in account closure.
6. Records and reporting
Verification records are protected and retained for the period required by applicable obligations. Suspicious activity may be reported without prior notice where the law requires it.
