How to Claim the £20 Sports Free Bets
Follow the sequence in the published rules:
- Register as an eligible new UK customer and review the account and welcome-offer terms. For account setup itself, see our MONOPOLY account registration guide.
- Select the Free Bets welcome option before depositing. The site also offers a casino-oriented welcome choice. You cannot combine the two new-member welcome offers.
- Make your first cash deposit of at least £10. The 30-day qualification period starts with that first deposit.
- Place qualifying cash sports bets totalling at least £10. You may use one qualifying wager or several, provided each meets the relevant rules.
- Wait for the qualifying bets to settle within the 30-day window. Only then can the two £10 tokens be issued, subject to the operator's eligibility checks.
Step two is particularly important: the published terms do not allow customers to change their welcome-offer selection after their first successful deposit.
Which Bets Count Towards the Welcome Offer?
For qualification, the operator requires cash wagers on sportsbook markets with settlement odds of at least 1/2 (1.50). A qualifying £10 total can be spread across multiple bets; it is not necessarily a single £10 bet. The minimum odds apply when the relevant bet is settled, so the price at initial selection alone is not the complete test.

For example, a £10 cash wager at decimal odds of 1.60 still needs to settle within the first 30 days and meet the remaining conditions.
If your qualifying bet is voided or cashed out, you need another eligible cash bet, settled within the original deadline. The 30-day clock does not restart.
When Do You Receive the Free Bets and When Do They Expire?
There are two different 30-day clocks.

After qualifying settlement, the tokens should appear in the sports bet slip. Technical delays can extend crediting to 72 hours, but the qualifying wager must still have settled within the original window.

How the Two £10 Free Bet Tokens Work
The tokens have different permitted uses and are not a £20 cash stake.

The free-bet stake is not returned with winnings. If a £10 token wins at decimal odds of 2.0, it yields £10 cash winnings, not £20. The £10 promotional stake is excluded. This is an illustration, not a predicted outcome.
Tokens are non-withdrawable and non-refundable. Resulting winnings are cash, subject to ordinary withdrawal terms. The original deposit is subject to separate account conditions.
Why You Might Not Receive Your Free Bets
If no reward appears, check the cause before assuming the offer has failed:
