Official information reviewed: 10 October 2026. Sky Vegas’s published Prize Machine terms describe a free-to-play daily promotion for eligible account holders. A spin is not a guaranteed win. The public Prize Machine page requires visitors to sign in, so availability and eligibility for an individual GB account cannot be established from the signed-out page alone.
This guide explains opt-in, claiming prizes and missing rewards. Crucially, Sky Vegas’s own help pages contradict one another about the first spin and opening hours. Prize Machine is distinct from the wider Sky Vegas casino.
How To Opt In And Play Prize Machine
The published terms allow eligible registered customers aged 18+ to participate without staking. They require a one-time opt-in and limit participation to one per person, family, household, email address and IP address per day. Account restrictions still apply.
- Open the official Prize Machine page and sign in.
- Read the offer shown to your account. Look for Take Part, the opt-in action described in Sky Vegas’s Prize Machine FAQs.
- Opt in once. Do not assume a same-day spin: Sky Vegas’s official pages disagree about when eligibility begins.
- Spin when your account shows an attempt. The rules describe one opportunity per eligible day, including possible losing outcomes.
- If you win, select Claim Prize. Review the particular reward’s terms before opening an eligible game or requesting cash.
The public page does not expose the signed-in game, so use the live account screen for availability and button labels.
When The Daily Spin Is Available
Sky Vegas’s official guidance still conflicted on 10 October 2026:
| Question | What The Official Pages Say |
|---|---|
| First spin | The FAQ says the following day; the terms say the opt-in day, with special free-spins rules for the first 48 hours. |
| Opening hours | The FAQ and terms introduction say 00:01–23:59; clause 8 says midday–23:55, subject to change. |
| Missed spin | The FAQ says it cannot be reclaimed. |
Neither page confirms today’s signed-in GB experience. Check your live account’s availability and applicable terms, especially on opt-in day or near either stated closing time. The introductory 48-hour free-spins arrangement is separate from the regular prize template, not a guaranteed cash payout.
What You Can Win And How To Claim It
The official terms define WIN on the reels as a winning outcome; other combinations lose. Rewards are random, and no prize category is guaranteed.
| Prize Type | What To Do | Important Restrictions |
|---|---|---|
| Free spins | Select Claim Prize; use on listed games. | 10p per spin in the published terms. Spins lock to the first eligible game opened. The FAQ says credited free spins must be used within seven days. |
| Cash prize | Select Claim Prize for cash funds. | Cash is withdrawable; contact support for withdrawal of prizes under £10. Awards of £101+ require security checks. |
| Vegas Bonus | Claim and use on specified Sky Vegas games. | Bonus funds are not withdrawable and must be used within seven days of the winning Prize Machine spin. Winnings from bonus stakes are paid as cash without further wagering; the bonus cannot be combined with another offer. |
The introductory free-spins prize has a separate claim deadline: under Sky Vegas’s published terms, it must be claimed within 48 hours from the day of opt-in. This is not the same as the FAQ’s seven-day period for using credited free spins, or the separate seven-day Vegas Bonus expiry measured from the winning spin.
Sky Vegas’s FAQ says prizes are credited after the required Claim Prize action. If a reward does not appear, check its individual terms and any eligible-game restrictions before contacting support.
These no-additional-wagering terms apply to Prize Machine, not every Sky Vegas promotion. Security and account checks may still apply to cash withdrawals.
Check eligible games before opening a slot. Free spins become locked to the first qualifying game loaded and do not transfer if you change games.
How Prize Machine Bonus Rounds Work
Sky Vegas’s published FAQ and terms describe Prize Machine Bonus Rounds triggered when the reels spell WIN and the BONUS symbols light up. They name Coin Spinner, Prize Picker and Prize Runner. The FAQ also describes a Jackpot Wheel that may be triggered within a Bonus Round; the terms refer to this extra opportunity as the Jackpot Bonus Round.
This feature was introduced in December 2023. The present signed-in version and prize selection have not been verified. Neither a bonus round nor a historical headline payout is guaranteed; check the live terms.
Why Prize Machine Or A Prize May Be Missing
If Prize Machine is unavailable or a reward is missing, check:
- Account status. Sign in and check eligibility. Self-exclusion, account limitations or the operator’s promotion restrictions may prevent access.
- Opt-in. Check whether you pressed Take Part. If you joined today, the official pages disagree about immediate eligibility.
- Spin timing. Rely on the live screen, not either conflicting published timetable. Missed spins cannot be reclaimed under the FAQ.
- Claiming. If you saw a winning result, confirm you pressed Claim Prize; otherwise free spins may not be credited.
- Eligible games and expiry. Check whether your spins locked to a previously opened game and whether the seven-day or introductory 48-hour limit has elapsed.
- Support. If unresolved, contact the Sky Vegas Help Centre or consult our Sky Vegas support guide. Give the promotion name and date, never your PIN or password.
Prize Machine Versus Other Sky Vegas Free Spins
Prize Machine is a named daily promotion. Welcome offers and other free spins can require different eligibility, opt-in or qualifying play; Prize Machine’s no-staking rule does not carry over.
See our Sky Vegas free spins and no-deposit guide and promotions guide for those separate offers.
Prize Machine is for adults 18+. A free chance is not a guaranteed return; paid play does not improve the random spin's outcome. Safer-gambling tools are available through Sky Vegas.
