CIRSA Share Price: Where to Check the Quote and Chart

The most direct identifier is ES0105884011. BME Exchange publishes an instrument-specific CIRSA equity page, while market-data services may call the same security BME:CIRSA or CIRSA.MC. Those are display conventions for the Spanish listing, not three different securities. Searching the ISIN helps prevent accidental substitution of a Lottomatica quote, a Blackstone investment vehicle or a CIRSA debt instrument.

The View CIRSA Share Chart button above opens the existing GambleBallers Markets service with CIRSA selected. It uses the BME:CIRSA instrument in euros. Check the selected company, latest trading date, market status and provider delay disclosure in the chart; its interactive content may load separately from the surrounding page.

Before interpreting any figure, check whether the quote is a last trade, previous close or indicative value; whether it is delayed; the date, time and timezone; and whether an overnight chart merely shows the last session. A price without those details should not be labelled “live”. An accessible price history also requires a correctly identified date range and adjustment convention, particularly around distributions and proposed corporate actions.

Some data feeds retain the historical corporate suffix “S.A.U.” in company names. The identity of the traded instrument is determined by its issuer documents and ISIN, not by a stale aggregator label. Share capital is the accounting nominal amount; it should not be confused with a company's market capitalisation.

CIRSA IPO: The Path to 9 July 2025

CIRSA's IPO moved from a publicly stated intention to float to a regulated share offering and then an actual market listing. The distinction matters because an announcement, an approved prospectus and a completed transaction establish different facts.

CIRSA announces its intention to float on the Spanish stock exchanges.Intention, not admission
CIRSA announces the €15.00 offer price and planned listing terms.Pricing announcement; trading had not begun
CNMV approves and publishes the prospectus; book-building process is announced.Approved offering documentation
CIRSA reconfirms €15.00 per share and the expected 9 July trading date.Final pricing confirmation
CIRSA shares admitted and trading begins on Spain's Continuous Market.Completed IPO and listing, confirmed in issuer accounts and BME notices

The final pricing materials set out 26,666,667 newly issued shares, raising €400 million gross for CIRSA, alongside 3,552,113 existing shares sold by the selling shareholder for approximately €53 million. Together, the initial offering comprised 30,218,780 shares, approximately €453 million at the €15 price. The prospectus also contemplated an over-allotment option of up to 4,532,817 shares. That option is a maximum permitted feature, not an additional primary fundraising amount automatically received by CIRSA.

CIRSA's audited 2025 accounts confirm completion of the primary and secondary offering. They report €373 million net primary proceeds after a €27 million gross-to-net difference. Of the primary proceeds, the 2025 results presentation identifies €285 million used for early cancellation of floating-rate notes and €60 million for revolving-credit repayment; residual proceeds remained in cash. The €53 million secondary component is a sale of existing holdings and should not be counted as fresh cash raised by the company.

That is the distinction between the CIRSA IPO price, the advertised offer size, actual primary funds received by CIRSA and secondary proceeds to a selling shareholder. Investors should use the CIRSA IPO prospectus and subsequent financial accounts to establish which number answers their question. For the wider history, see CIRSA history and acquisitions.

What Does CIRSA Market Capitalisation Mean?

Market capitalisation is broadly the number of issued equity shares multiplied by their market price. It is not annual revenue, adjusted EBITDA, debt or enterprise value. Nor is it the amount of money CIRSA raised at its IPO. The correct calculation must use a consistently dated share count and share price, with any later corporate actions taken into account.

For illustration only, the July 2025 admitted share count of 167,992,667 multiplied by the historical €15 IPO offer price produces approximately €2.52 billion. This is an IPO-price arithmetic illustration, not a verified market capitalisation for 4 November 2026, and it is not a live valuation. A present-day figure needs the current BME share count and a precisely timed quote. The company's debts and cash also matter for enterprise value, which is addressed separately in our CIRSA financial results guide.

CIRSA Dividends: Paid versus Proposed

Dividend tables often collapse different events into one figure. CIRSA requires a timeline: the original proposal, shareholder approval, issuer-reported payment, and separate conditional distributions tied to the proposed Lottomatica combination.

ActionAmountEvidence and dateStatus at 4 November 2026
Dividend relating to FY2025€0.45 per CIRSA share; approximately €75 millionApproved by AGM on 23 April 2026; CIRSA Q1 2026 release reports May paymentPaid according to CIRSA; exact ex-date and record date not independently reproduced here
Special pre-merger distribution€1.56 per CIRSA share; approximately €262 millionProposed September/October 2026 merger termsConditional / proposed, not established as paid
Potential FY2026 dividend under merger arrangementsUp to €100 million, subject to applicable termsMerger-related disclosurePossible future distribution; no assertion of declaration, record date or payment

The April 2026 annual general meeting approved the €0.45-per-share distribution charged to the share premium reserve. CIRSA later stated in its first-quarter results release that payment of the €75 million dividend had been completed in May. Thus, presenting this payment merely as an unresolved proposal would understate the evidence. At the same time, we have not independently assembled a full ex-dividend, record-date and settlement ledger from exchange notices and do not invent these dates.

The separate €1.56 proposal is linked to the merger framework and must not be added to historical payouts to imply a realised dividend yield. The reference to a potential dividend of up to €100 million for FY2026 concerns a different prospective period and does not certify another payment. A yield can be calculated only from an appropriately defined dividend and a share price dated to the same analytical purpose; combining an undated quote with conditional payments would be misleading.

What Could the Proposed Lottomatica Merger Mean for CIRSA Shares?

On , CIRSA and Lottomatica announced an agreement for a proposed cross-border combination. The common merger plan followed in October, and CIRSA announced an Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for , with a subsequent date if required. These procedural steps do not mean the transaction has completed. As at 4 November, the relevant approvals and conditions had not been presented as satisfied, and CIRSA remained a separately traded Spanish issuer.

The disclosed exchange ratio is 0.668 Lottomatica share for each CIRSA share, conditional on the merger becoming effective. The indicated post-combination ownership is approximately 67.5% for existing Lottomatica shareholders and 32.5% for existing CIRSA shareholders, with Blackstone expected to represent around 24% of the combined company. These are proposed pro forma percentages, not CIRSA's present ownership table or completed exchange results.

The merger could alter CIRSA's share identity, trading arrangements and treatment of pending distributions, but a future corporate action should not be recorded as if it had already happened. The relevant questions are when shareholder and regulatory approvals are obtained, when any permitted distribution reaches its formal payment stage, and which security exists after the legal effective date. For the current ownership baseline, read who owns CIRSA; for transaction uncertainty, see CIRSA risks and opportunities.

Reading a CIRSA Chart Without Mistaking a Delayed Quote for a Live Price

Even a correct ticker is only half the job. Confirm the primary exchange, euro denomination, market session, time zone and data provider's delay statement. A page showing “market closed” is displaying an historical observation, not a live price. A five-day chart may also differ from an unadjusted historical closing-price table after a distribution.

When a merger or dividend is proposed, distinguish the date on which investors learned of the proposal from the date on which the action legally takes effect. Market price changes in response to news are not evidence that a transaction has completed. Do not compare a CIRSA closing price directly with Lottomatica's share price without accounting for the announced exchange ratio, currency, dates and the conditional nature of the proposal.

Bottom Line

CIRSA is a euro-denominated Spanish listed share with a documented €15 IPO price and a completed 2025 listing. A current price needs a real quotation with a timestamp; a dividend needs an event stage; and the Lottomatica exchange remains conditional. This page's documentary snapshot is , not a live feed.
