Bally’s Intralot Brands and Subsidiaries

By Lucky BetMastermind, with help of ChatGPT. Independent GambleBallers corporate analysis; no claim of personal casino testing.

Bally’s Intralot combines an international lottery-technology business with online casino and bingo brands inherited through Bally’s International Interactive and Gamesys. Its portfolio includes names such as Jackpotjoy, Virgin Games and Monopoly Casino, but those names do not all represent companies or trademarks owned outright by the group. The distinction matters: a consumer brand, the company operating its website and the corporate entity holding an investment can be three different things.

This guide maps those layers using the group’s published portfolio, gambling-regulator records and its financial-reporting schedule. The subject is the Greek-listed Bally’s Intralot group, not the entire American Bally’s Corporation casino estate. All relationships below are dated rather than assumed permanent.

What Belongs to Bally’s Intralot?

There are two main parts to the current business. The established Intralot operations supply technology and services to lottery organisations and other institutional customers. The interactive operations include consumer-facing gambling brands, operating companies and associated technology businesses. They sit in one consolidated group, but they are not one undifferentiated collection of casinos.

The corporate boundary changed in October 2025 when the Greek company acquired the Bally’s International Interactive business through Bally’s Holdings Limited. Bally’s Corporation became the controlling American shareholder of the Greek issuer while remaining a separate company with its own reporting perimeter. The Bally’s Intralot group overview explains that distinction in full.

For this portfolio, four relationship labels are useful:

  • Group subsidiary: a legal company included in the group’s consolidation schedule; its direct parent may be another subsidiary.
  • Associate or other interest: a reported economic interest whose percentage and accounting treatment need to be read together.
  • Operating brand: a consumer-facing name associated with a website and market, rather than necessarily a separate company.
  • Licensed name: a brand incorporating a third-party trademark under commercial permission; the trademark itself is not necessarily a group asset.

Bally’s Intralot Casino and Bingo Brands

The following is a selected, evidence-backed map as at 3 November 2026, not an assertion that every current or historical Gamesys site appears here. The British rows combine the group’s official B2C portfolio with the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) domain register for account 38905. “White label” is the regulator’s domain classification, not proof of trademark ownership.

Brand Market and domain Operator / verification status Regulatory status; group portfolio
Bally Bet Sports & Casino Great Britain, ballycasino.co.uk Gamesys Operations Limited UKGC Active; published B2C portfolio
Jackpotjoy Great Britain, jackpotjoy.com Gamesys Operations Limited UKGC Active; published B2C portfolio
Virgin Games Great Britain, virgingames.com Gamesys Operations Limited UKGC White Label; published B2C portfolio, licensed name
Monopoly Casino Great Britain, monopolycasino.com Gamesys Operations Limited UKGC White Label; published B2C portfolio, licensed name
Rainbow Riches Casino Great Britain, rainbowrichescasino.com Gamesys Operations Limited UKGC-listed white-label domain; included in the group’s published B2C portfolio
Double Bubble Bingo Great Britain, doublebubblebingo.com Gamesys Operations Limited UKGC Active; published B2C portfolio
Botemania Spain, botemania.es Local operator not independently verified UKGC not applicable; published B2C portfolio
Monopoly Casino Spain, monopolycasino.es Local operator not independently verified UKGC not applicable; published B2C portfolio

How to read the table: Monopoly Casino appears across two markets but is not counted as two separate corporate subsidiaries. The Great Britain operator identification should not be transferred automatically to its Spanish domain. Likewise, a Bally Bet name used in Great Britain does not place every US Bally Bet business inside the Greek issuer. In the UKGC register, “White Label” is a recorded domain classification. It is not proof that Gamesys owns the underlying trade mark, and it does not identify every party to the commercial arrangement.

The group’s website presents a broader UK and Ireland commercial category. That category alone is not evidence that every listed domain is licensed or available throughout Ireland. A national gambling regulator, not a marketing heading, determines the local licence position.

Gamesys and Bally’s International Interactive

Gamesys is essential to understanding why an Intralot search now returns familiar online-casino and bingo names. Before the Greek transaction, Gamesys businesses were part of the wider Bally’s international interactive operations. Following the acquisition of Bally’s Holdings Limited, that international operation entered the Bally’s Intralot reporting group. Older references to Gamesys are therefore neither automatically obsolete nor sufficient proof of a present-day relationship on their own.

Three levels should remain distinct. Bally’s International Interactive identifies the acquired international business perimeter. Gamesys Group Limited is a specific registered British legal company within the reported group. Gamesys Operations Limited is a separate Gibraltar-registered entity identified by the UKGC as an operator of particular British-facing domains. An old Gamesys corporate or affiliate page cannot establish that every brand mentioned there still operates under precisely the same licence.

The public transaction disclosure and annual-report subsidiary schedule support the inclusion of the international business in the Greek group. The UKGC provides a different, more granular kind of evidence: the relationship between a named licence holder and individual domains. Both documents are needed; neither substitutes for the other.

The history of Bally’s Intralot covers how the businesses came together; this page concentrates on the resulting portfolio and its documentary boundaries.

Brands, Operators and Trademark Rights

Consider Virgin Games. The name can appear on Bally’s Intralot’s official portfolio page while the Virgin trademark remains the property of Virgin Enterprises Limited and is used under licence. The portfolio relationship concerns the gaming business and its use of a branded identity; it does not show that the group bought the Virgin trademark. The same caution applies to the Monopoly name: its appearance in a casino portfolio does not transfer trademark title to the casino operator.

For Great Britain, the UKGC identifies Gamesys Operations Limited under account 38905, including the relevant domain-name classifications. The company is registered in Gibraltar, while its regulator record concerns British gambling permissions. Its operating licence, company registration and commercial brand licences perform three separate jobs.

A useful reading sequence is therefore: identify the consumer-facing domain; check its regulator-listed operator; identify that operator as a legal entity; then establish its reported group relationship. If trademark rights matter, consult the rights-holder or documented licensing arrangement separately. A similarity in brand names cannot replace any of these steps.

Geographic and Business Boundaries

The group’s reported companies span numerous countries, but incorporation in a country is not proof of a licensed consumer casino there. Its lottery-facing operation may work with institutional customers through contracts or service companies; its online consumer portfolio requires separate attention to brand-level operators and local permissions. Those two commercial models involve different customers and regulatory questions. The Bally’s Intralot business model explains their economics, while lottery technology and contracts examines the supplier side.

There is also a transaction boundary. According to evoke’s 23 October 2026 trading update, its proposed acquisition by Bally’s Intralot remained conditional at that date. Its William Hill, 888 and Mr Green brands should therefore not be added to this current-ownership table solely because a transaction had been announced. Later completion would require a new dated update and a fresh legal-perimeter check.

How to Read This Portfolio

I have prioritised evidence that identifies the relationship, not merely the name. The group’s B2C page establishes a published commercial portfolio; the UKGC register associates particular British domains with an operator; company registries establish legal identities; and the annual report discloses group interests and accounting treatment. These sources answer complementary questions rather than producing one interchangeable definition of ownership.

The evidence has different dates. The subsidiary schedule reflects the FY2025 reporting perimeter; the transaction and evoke statements have their own publication dates; the operator and domain information was checked against available records for this 3 November 2026 editorial version. A previously reported percentage must not be silently presented as a continuously verified live shareholding.

Known gaps remain: a complete present-day worldwide register of every interactive domain, independently verified Spanish operator/licence mappings, the contractual details of third-party brand rights, and every intermediate holding-company link. Where a row lacks one of those facts, its scope is deliberately narrower. Readers should distinguish a selected company schedule from a comprehensive ownership graph and a marketed brand from a licensed local gambling operation.

Brands show what customers recognise, operators show who holds gambling permissions, and corporate reports show which legal interests enter the group. Keeping those layers separate prevents an outdated Gamesys list or proposed deal from being mistaken for present ownership.
