Who owns Bally’s Intralot? The Greek-listed group is majority-controlled through the Bally’s Corporation and Standard General-related ownership chain associated with Soohyung Kim. Who runs it? Robeson Reeves is chief executive officer of Bally’s Intralot S.A.; Sokratis Kokkalis chairs its board and Kim serves as vice-chair. These are different roles: an influential shareholder does not necessarily manage daily operations, and the chair is not the CEO.
Ownership snapshot: the 2025 annual report attributed 58.789% indirectly to Kim at 31 December 2025. Later disclosures use different dates and measures, so this is not a verified live percentage for 3 November 2026.

Bally’s Intralot Ownership at a Glance
The company being examined is Bally’s Intralot S.A., the Athens-listed Greek issuer formerly known as Intralot S.A. Its trading code changed from INLOT to BYLOT in January 2026. It is not the same legal entity as Bally’s Corporation, the US gambling business whose shares, management and SEC reports belong to a separate corporate perimeter.
After the October 2025 acquisition of Bally’s International Interactive (BII), the Greek issuer expanded into consumer gaming and Bally’s Corporation became its controlling parent. The transaction did not transfer all American Bally’s casinos.
The principal layers are:
- Economic interest: who owns shares or is entitled to their economic returns.
- Voting influence: whose votes can affect shareholder resolutions and board composition, including through controlled entities.
- Board oversight: directors who supervise strategy, controls and executive leadership.
- Executive management: officers responsible for running the business.
Who Are the Largest Shareholders?
This is a dated disclosure, not a live shareholder register. The first three holders underpin the aggregate attributed to Kim, not an additional personal holding. Percentages refer to 31 December 2025.
| Disclosed holder or attributed person | Interest | Basis and date |
|---|---|---|
| PE Sub Holdings LLC | 35.057% | Holding in the issuer; FY2025 disclosure, 31 Dec 2025 |
| Premier Entertainment Sub, LLC | 15.044% | Holding in the issuer; same disclosure |
| CQ Lottery LLC | 8.688% | Holding in the issuer; same disclosure |
| Soohyung Kim, attributed indirect aggregate | 58.789% | Sum attributed through those companies; not an additional holding |
| Sokratis Kokkalis, attributed aggregate | 4.823% | 0.044% direct plus 4.779% indirect; same disclosure |
The three holdings sum to 58.789%, not four independent stakes. Kokkalis's reported interest includes both direct and indirect holdings; his board position does not determine the percentage.
Three ownership measures, different reporting bases
| Figure | What it measures | Reporting date |
|---|---|---|
| 58.789% | Kim's attributed indirect interest in share capital, annual report | 31 December 2025 |
| ≈59.44% | Bally’s Corporation's shareholding through subsidiaries, SEC disclosure | 31 March 2026 |
| 58.723% | Voting rights indirectly controlled by Kim, issuer shareholder page | Update date not specified |
Why the percentages differ: these disclosures concern different dates and descriptions of share ownership or voting rights. They are not interchangeable. We have not established a definitive reconciliation or independently verified a current ownership percentage as at 3 November 2026.
This is not a complete register of every investor or free-float holder.
Who Controls Bally’s Intralot?
The 2025 annual report traces Kim's indirect control through corporate and fund-management entities, not a personal direct holding of the whole stake.
The documented ownership chain, simplified
| Level | Disclosed entities and relationships |
|---|---|
| 1. Controlling person | Soohyung Kim → Acme Amalgamated Holdings LLC |
| 2. Investment management | Acme-linked Standard General Management LLC, Standard General GP LLC and related Standard General funds |
| 3. US holding structures | Standard General-related investment vehicles → Bally’s Holdco LLC / Standard RI Ltd |
| 4. US parent | Bally’s Corporation, subject to the disclosed upstream controlling interests |
| 5. Greek issuer's legal shareholders | Through subsidiaries: PE Sub Holdings LLC 35.057%, Premier Entertainment Sub LLC 15.044%, CQ Lottery LLC 8.688% |
| 6. Listed issuer | Bally’s Intralot S.A., combined attributed interest 58.789%, 31 December 2025 |
Important omitted intermediaries: the issuer's detailed disclosure also identifies Standard General Master Fund II L.P., ESPG Master SPC Ltd. - Segregated Portfolio A, The Queen Casino & Entertainment LLC, Premier Entertainment Parent LLC and PE Sub Intermediate Holdings LLC, alongside Bally’s Holdco LLC and Standard RI Ltd. The table compresses these branches; adjacent rows must not be read as direct parent-subsidiary links. Disclosures also distinguish equity control from management powers under agreements. Managing funds does not make Kim the personal economic owner of all their assets, or the direct registered holder of the entire 58.789% interest. This is a dated control snapshot.
Majority voting influence does not mean the controlling person makes each operational decision. Board powers and governance rules still matter; a percentage cannot establish undisclosed agreements.
Who Is the CEO and Who Leads the Business?
Robeson M. Reeves is CEO of Bally’s Intralot S.A., the Greek-listed group. The name often causes confusion because search results for “Bally’s CEO” also describe executives of the separate US Bally’s Corporation. The legal entity belongs beside each title.
The official leadership profile also identifies Reeves as chief executive officer of Bally’s Corporation. Holding both titles does not make the US company and Greek-listed issuer one legal entity; their reporting and governance perimeters remain distinct.
Leadership roles checked against the issuer's official leadership profile on 3 November 2026. Appointment dates are stated only where expressly disclosed; the verification date is not an appointment date.
| Person | Position | Corporate scope |
|---|---|---|
| Robeson M. Reeves | Chief executive officer; executive director | Bally’s Intralot S.A. |
| Sokratis P. Kokkalis | Chair; non-executive director | Bally’s Intralot board |
| Soohyung J. H. Kim | Vice-chair; non-executive director | Bally’s Intralot board |
| Chrysostomos D. Sfatos | President, Lottery; group COO; executive director | Bally’s Intralot group; additional roles dated March 2026 |
| Andreas Chrysos | Chief financial officer, B2B | Institutional/lottery business |
| Katherine Gomaniouk | Chief financial officer, B2C | International Interactive business |
| Donald Beatson | Chief technology officer | Group technology; appointment dated November 2025 |
| Jo Midolo | Chief information officer | Bally’s Intralot; appointment dated October 2025 |
| Raja B-Sheikh | Chief product officer | Group product leadership |
| Richard Harris | Chief commercial officer, B2C | Consumer business |
| Dimitris Kakkos | Chief commercial officer, B2B | Institutional business |
Separate B2B and B2C finance posts make an unqualified reference to “the CFO” ambiguous. Vladimira Mircheva, a Greek non-executive director, is CFO of US Bally’s Corporation, not the designated finance chief of both Greek divisions.
Rich Wheeler is identified as interim CEO of Intralot Inc., a subsidiary. His subsidiary appointment must not be confused with Robeson Reeves's role as CEO of the listed group. The title “CEO” without the corresponding company name is insufficient evidence of group leadership.
How the Board and Management Differ
On 28 May 2026, shareholders elected a 12-member board for six years, including five independent non-executive directors, superseding an earlier 11-member April list.
Alongside Kokkalis, Kim, Reeves and Sfatos, the board composition disclosed for 2026 includes Nikolaos Nikolakopoulos, Dimitrios Theodoridis and Vladimira Mircheva. The five independent non-executive directors are Ioannis Tsoumas, Adamantini Lazari, Dionysia Xirokosta, Georgios Karamichalis and Corina Fassouli-Grafanaki.
| Board of directors | Executive management |
|---|---|
| Oversees strategy, risk and management accountability | Implements strategy and manages operations |
| Includes executive, non-executive and independent non-executive members | Includes CEO and specialised operational leaders |
| Directorship does not establish share ownership | An executive title does not establish voting control |
What Changed After the International Interactive Transaction?
Acquiring BII in October 2025 brought international online gaming into a formerly lottery-focused group. Its cash-and-shares structure changed the controlling parent's interest.
Pre-transaction shareholder tables cannot substitute for later disclosures. “Bally’s”, “Gamesys” and “Intralot” can indicate different executive roles or periods. See the history of Bally’s Intralot and its acquisitions.
The proposed acquisition of evoke was not completed in the latest transaction update reviewed, dated 23 October 2026. Its anticipated completion window was late Q4 2026 or early Q1 2027. Consequently, neither evoke's management nor William Hill, 888 and Mr Green should be folded into this group’s present leadership or ownership map as though closing had already occurred. For the current operating perimeter, see brands and subsidiaries.
How to Check Ownership Updates
Holdings change through transactions and notifications. Prefer filings identifying the holder, issuer, date and measurement.
For this issuer, a practical hierarchy is:
- Bally’s Intralot exchange announcements: check new substantial-voting-right notifications and general-meeting decisions.
- Published annual and interim reports: use the ownership notes and the reporting date printed in the document.
- Issuer investor-relations shareholder page: useful for the disclosed control chain, but establish when any percentage was updated.
- Bally’s Corporation SEC filings: useful for the US parent's view of its holdings; identify whether the percentage describes the parent, an intermediate entity or the listed issuer.
A share-purchase notice alone does not prove ultimate control changed; aggregator profiles may lag disclosures.

The Bottom Line
Bally’s Intralot is a Greek-listed company with a documented controlling US-parent and Standard General-related chain associated with Soohyung Kim. The annual report supplies a dated control snapshot, not a perpetual percentage. Robeson Reeves leads the group as CEO, while Sokratis Kokkalis chairs its board. Shareholders, voting influence, directors and executives answer four different questions; keeping those layers separate is the key to reading the group accurately.
