Bally’s Intralot Share Price and Stock Chart

Author: Lucky BetMastermind, with help of ChatGPT. This is independent editorial information, not investment advice or a claim of personal share ownership.

Bally’s Intralot shares trade in Athens under BYLOT, the ticker adopted on 15 January 2026 when the Greek-listed INTRALOT issuer changed its name. The shares retain ISIN GRS343313003. To check the Bally’s Intralot share price, search for BYLOT on the official Euronext Athens stock page and inspect the timestamp attached to the quote. Do not substitute US-listed BALY: that symbol refers to Bally’s Corporation, a separate legal issuer.

This guide explains charts, dividends and capital events without claiming a live price or offering investment advice. See our Bally’s Intralot overview for corporate context.

The link selects Bally’s Intralot in the existing GambleBallers chart service. Check the provider’s latest-trade or closing-price label, timestamp, time zone and stated delay before interpreting a quote. A delayed price or last close should not be described as a real-time transaction.

At the time of our research, the exchange’s own BYLOT instrument page described its market data as delayed by 15 minutes during trading hours. That observation concerns the exchange page; it does not establish the delay of every other provider.

Compare one-day, one-month, one-year and longer ranges, especially around the 2025-26 corporate events. Confirm the issuer, Athens venue, EUR currency and ISIN. If data is unavailable, check the official exchange record rather than substituting US BALY, which represents a different company.

BYLOT, INLOT, 0KA1 and IRLTF: Which Quote Is Correct?

Market websites use their own suffixes and venue codes. A familiar company name appearing beside several symbols does not prove that all price displays are directly comparable.

Symbol or label What it indicates Verification needed
BYLOT / ATHEX:BYLOT Current Athens-listed Bally’s Intralot ordinary shares Check issuer, ISIN, EUR price and exchange timestamp
INLOT Former Athens code used before the January 2026 change Treat as historical, not a separately active Greek issuer
BYLOT.AT / BYLOT:ATH Provider-specific notation for the Athens listing Confirm provider’s actual exchange feed and delay
0KA1 Market-data notation appearing in London-facing quote directories Do not assume a London display is an independent primary listing or identical executable price
IRLTF An OTC-market representation found in US-facing feeds Check market, US-dollar currency, timestamp and liquidity separately
BALY US Bally’s Corporation Different issuer; do not use it for the Greek BYLOT stock chart

An ISIN does not erase venue, currency or liquidity differences. OTC feeds may lag Athens trading; a converted display currency is not necessarily executable.

US BALY must never be substituted for missing Greek BYLOT chart data.

How to Read the Price and Trading Data

Last traded price reflects the latest reported transaction. Previous close is the prior session’s benchmark, not necessarily an executable quote. Open, high, low and volume are separate measures.

Athens shares are shown in EUR, not GBP. A sterling figure is a conversion, not an official Athens quote, and has its own timestamp.

Intraday percentage change usually compares the quoted price with a provider-defined previous close. That figure can differ across feeds because of delayed updates, session cut-offs, treatment of corporate actions and data vendors’ methodologies. A 52-week high or low is similarly meaningful only if the provider identifies the period and adjustment conventions.

For historical charts, distinguish new-share issues from splits and dividend adjustments. A chart discontinuity is not automatically a market reaction.

We omit a current price and capitalisation: those require the same observation date, a validated EUR quote and applicable share count.

Intralot Dividends: What Is Confirmed?

A dividend payment is confirmed for July 2026. Euronext Athens lists a BYLOT dividend of approximately €0.0163 per share, with an ex-dividend date of 23 July 2026 and payment commencing 27 July 2026. The exchange’s separate July corporate-event notice reports a more precise gross amount of €0.0162618918 per share and a stated net figure of €0.0154487972 after the specified withholding calculation.

The US parent’s June 2026 Form 10-Q confirms shareholder approval of approximately €30 million on 28 May and payment on 27 July. This was a completed distribution, not an aggregator forecast.

Dividend evidence Date / amount Meaning
Shareholder approval reported in parent filing 28 May 2026, approximately €30m total Approved distribution, not an analyst estimate
Athens ex-dividend date 23 July 2026 Shares began trading without that distribution entitlement
Record date 24 July 2026, reflected in the published timetable Date used to identify entitled holdings under market settlement rules
Payment start 27 July 2026 Actual payment event confirmed by the parent’s filing
Final published gross amount €0.0162618918 per share (rounded by the exchange to €0.0163) Use the later July exchange notice for the final amount, rather than the May provisional calculation; this is not a promised future dividend

Why two official dividend amounts appear: Bally’s Intralot’s 29 May 2026 notice calculated €0.0162446217 per share using its treasury-share position at the time. The company expressly said that the final amount would depend on the shares entitled on the record date. The later Athens exchange notice specified €0.0162618918 gross per share for the July ex-dividend event. These are successive calculations for one dividend, not evidence of two payments.

The issuer and exchange records take precedence over a website’s “forward yield” field. A forward yield can be calculated from one old payment and a newer share price without any fresh dividend resolution. It is not proof that the same payment will recur, and a quoted yield can change simply because the market price changes.

The exchange also lists payments in 2013 and earlier. They establish no future pattern. As of 3 November 2026, no later payment is asserted here.

Share Capital Changes and Corporate Actions

The equity history cannot be interpreted solely from a price line. Around the acquisition of Bally’s International Interactive in 2025, the Greek issuer added a substantial number of shares, changing the denominator behind per-share statistics.

Corporate event Official event date Status and significance
New ordinary shares admitted to Athens trading 9 October 2025 Exchange confirmed 390,000,000 new shares from a cash capital increase and 873,707,073 from an in-kind increase
Renaming and ticker transition 15 January 2026 Same ISIN; INLOT identifier replaced by BYLOT
Shareholder-approved cash dividend 28 May 2026 Distribution of approximately €30m approved, according to parent disclosure
Ex-dividend and payment dates 23 and 27 July 2026 Exchange timetable and subsequent payment confirmation

The October 2025 admissions were new shares, not a split. Pre-issue share counts are unsuitable for later capitalisation calculations. For context, see Bally’s Intralot history and acquisitions.

The group’s shareholder-information page subsequently displayed 1,867,802,694 ordinary shares and nominal share capital of €560,340,808.20, corresponding to €0.30 nominal value per share. These are issuer-disclosed capital figures, not a continuously updated quote. They should be rechecked against later corporate actions before use in any current valuation.

Renaming, distributing cash and issuing shares are different corporate events; chart adjustments must reflect that distinction.

Why Market Websites Can Disagree

When two screens show different values for what appears to be the same stock, test the discrepancy in this order:

  • Entity: is one screen showing BYLOT and the other US BALY?
  • Market: are both prices from Athens, or is one an OTC or other-market representation?
  • Currency: is the figure actually EUR, or has a site displayed a USD/GBP conversion?
  • Time: are the observations from the same trading session and time zone? Is one delayed or the last close?
  • Adjustments: does the chart account for the 2025 share issue or 2026 dividend using the provider’s methodology?

If those fields cannot be reconciled, do not calculate a percentage difference as if it reflected simultaneous arbitrage. Data access and timestamps come first. Longer-term results and leverage are covered separately in our Bally’s Intralot financial results, while voting control and principal shareholders belong in people and ownership.

Frequently Asked Questions

What Is the Current Intralot Ticker?

BYLOT is the Athens share code from 15 January 2026. The former code INLOT remains relevant when finding older reports and chart records.

Is Bally’s Intralot the Same Share As BALY?

No. BYLOT represents the Greek-listed Bally’s Intralot S.A.; BALY represents US Bally’s Corporation. Their ownership relationship does not make the securities interchangeable.

Where Can I Verify the BYLOT Stock Chart?

Open the Bally’s Intralot chart in Markets. Check the selected instrument, timestamp, delay and EUR currency, and use the official Athens record to verify the security’s identity.

Does Bally’s Intralot Pay a Dividend?

The company paid a confirmed dividend in July 2026. That historical payment is not evidence of a guaranteed future schedule. Future entitlements require a fresh issuer or exchange announcement.

The practical rule is simple: identify the exact security before interpreting its price, and require a dated primary notice before treating a dividend or capital event as completed. Our purpose is to make the market record intelligible, not to predict the next price move.
